LONG-TERM RESIDENCE
Long-term residence in Spain:

Recovery of ownership of a long-term residence.
The Long Duration Card can be retrieved:
- When the long-term residence permit has expired due to absence from the territory of the European Union for 12 consecutive months.
- When the long-term residence authorization has expired due to the acquisition of the long-term residence-EU in another Member State.
- When the long-term resident foreigner returns to Spain after the period of their non-return commitment.

The long-term residence permit-EU can be retrieved:

MINORS
Minors not born in Spain:
It is a residence permit that may be granted to foreign minors not born in Spain, children of foreigners with legal residence in Spain, as well as minors legally subject to the guardianship of a Spanish citizen or institution or a legal resident foreigner. in Spain.
Minors born in Spain:
This is a residence permit that is acquired by children born in Spain of a foreigner who is residing legally in Spain.
Children born in Spain to a father or mother recognized as refugees or beneficiaries of subsidiary protection can choose between requesting the family extension of the right to international protection or a residence permit, depending on the best interests of the minor.
